Midfield Ventures specializes in investing in properties by identifying and acquiring high-potential multifamily assets, thereby delivering consistent risk-adjusted returns to our property investment partners.
At Midfield Ventures, our mission focuses on investing in properties with high potential, specifically multifamily assets that yield consistent, risk-adjusted returns for our investors. We are dedicated to enhancing value and fostering long-term growth through strategic property investment and meticulous management.
Midfield Ventures is built on the combined strengths of Tim and Kimberly — a husband-and-wife team whose complementary backgrounds make them uniquely equipped for investing in properties, particularly in the multifamily sector. Tim brings over 30 years of hands-on commercial construction and project management experience, giving Midfield Ventures a distinct edge in evaluating value-add opportunities, managing renovations efficiently, and maximizing long-term asset performance in property investment. Kimberly, a U.S. military veteran and retired tech industry professional with 26 years of experience, found her next mission in real estate after a short-lived retirement. With a sharp analytical mind and a passion for numbers, Kim leads underwriting and deal analysis, ensuring every acquisition meets Midfield's disciplined investment criteria. Together, they trained through Peak Multifamily and operate within a trusted network of experienced sponsors and investors. As natural collaborators, Tim and Kim are energized by building relationships and partnering with like-minded investors to create lasting wealth through real estate. Outside of investing, they're proud parents to a blended family of five and grandparents to one with another on the way — which means they understand better than most what it means to build something that lasts.
